We are very excited about
the upcoming season. We are going to be extremely young,
but very talented. Last season it was strong senior
leadership that led the way, but this season we will
rely on younger players to produce.
There is a buzz in the community, coming off a season in
which we posted 18 wins. Steve Smith received numerous
accolades and the program one of its most successful
campaigns in recent history. Repeating history will not
be easy task, but I am confident that the future of this
program is very bright.
Our schedule is challenging but it will not be
overwhelming. We wanted to put together a schedule that
will allow us to compete in every contest. Whether it’s
a high-major program or a mid-major foe, we believe
every game will be highly competitive.
